Xunlai House Supporters - spice up the game.
I was taking a shower and this idea came to me, so, addict think about GW even when they are taking a shower :P~
Anyway here it is.
There are lots of PvP matches going on 24/7/360 in Guild Wars. I don't think many people watches these matches or even care who wins or who is holding HA or which Guild is the best. To spice up these matches further and to bring in more supporters to watch them, I first propose a "Life Telecast" so that the following may be done.
I am talking about in-game gold okay.
1) Betting with the game - has fix odds, players that has put a bet, and won will have multiply X amount of their gold back. (the loosing gold and in cases where no one wins the gold goes into a jackpot that will be given at the end of each month to the Guild that has the most wins or the player who hold Hall the most, hence the betting with game will be seperated into 2 section, HA and GvG)
2) Betting with other players - all bet will be pool, and the winner takes all
3) Players who are actually playing the matches can bet with each other, put a said amount when you enter the match, if you win you take gold that the other team put in and vice versa. Off course there are other that don' want to bet, so they will be put in the game with players that don't want to bet on the opposite side.
input input!
and have a good day everyone!

I don't think betting is allowed in GW. Which is why they got rid of /roll in towns.
If you want, you can bet with friends, but this won't be an official thing.

nah, i don't bet, if it isn't allow, then too bad, i thought it would make more people be interested in PvP, have the I am going to win this spirit in the game you know, put the money where your words are, but never mind if its not allow.
ingame items are not allow ?? it confuses me, not like you can buy bread with guild wars gold.

first of all killing is ok under teen as long as there are not too much blood and gore, drinking i dont know why they put into a game rate teen, i personally dont see anything wrong with it. now my point is they ban/ re-name people left and right when even they see an adult name yet they allow half naked eles and other female chars with giant boobs in the game, why? is half nudity less severe than adult names in determining rating? so they have explained the name thing as according to rating so i really doubt that they would include gambling in a game rated teen. hell if they do ill be the first one to use it

It's been restricted in numerous games before, Second Life took a big economic shock when gambling was band due to casino's being the main way quite alot of players made money.

Whats so bad about fake gambling? im sure most of you have played video poker with points.
when the real money get involved then we have a problem.
but since this is a game I see no problem in letting us gamble pixels
12+ means nothing I was playing real poker at that age with friends (with change mind you)

I think there should be an Xunlai House of Predictions for HoH matches ONLY then the Monthly Tournament Predictions.. Set the max bet to 20k or something. You leave the 20k in for the duration of the match and if you win, you can collect 40k from the pot. The pot will build up with the left over money and make the betting system for Monthy Tournaments. The max bet for Monthly Tournaments will be 100k. Min bet is 20k. You can bet for single win or total win. Total win mode will be guessing at least 5 out of the 8 winners correct. Single win will be just one correct out of 8. Single win you receive 2x what you bet. Total win will be the entire pot built up from the month. To ensure that this is NOT a waste of time, the pot will automatically added 300k every month. The pot carries over every month and it will build up kind of like a lottery. The minumum bet for the Total win will be like 75k or something. If more than one person wins the Total win, the pot will be split between them. Total win pot will be the amount left over after all winnings are given out for all single win betters.

actually i take back what i said, in teen rating you ARE allowed simulated gambling. "Titles rated T (Teen) have content that may be suitable for ages 13 and older. Titles in this category may contain violence, suggestive themes, crude humor, minimal blood, simulated gambling, and/or infrequent use of strong language."
